is checking the river a blunder in a 3 way pot?

I don't lead the flop cause im not a donk

On the turn the SB bets out hes gonna have a bunch of bluffs or better T's so calling leaves all of his bluffs in and yada yada and then the CO calls which
concerns me because he seems like a tight player

on the river the backdoor flush gets there which is where i get lost after the CO bets and the SB calls both players could have hands that beat me CO might have boats or flushes and better T's so is folding this river the best EV play or should i just call given the pot odds?

I dont wanna hear none of that fold pre s**t.... im following a chart from the training site i am subscribed to and this is the bottom of my calling range vs these ranges

BTN: 159 BB (VPIP: 21.47, PFR: 18.81, 3Bet Preflop: 9.55, Hands: 811)
SB: 158 BB (VPIP: 25.76, PFR: 20.57, 3Bet Preflop: 9.89, Hands: 3,121)
Hero (BB): 270 BB
UTG: 98.5 BB (VPIP: 21.71, PFR: 13.16, 3Bet Preflop: 4.92, Hands: 1,173)
MP: 167 BB (VPIP: 28.70, PFR: 20.46, 3Bet Preflop: 8.37, Hands: 586)
CO: 141 BB (VPIP: 18.25, PFR: 14.96, 3Bet Preflop: 7.83, Hands: 279)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Th 7h
fold, fold, CO raises to 2.5 BB, fold, SB calls 2 BB, Hero calls 1.5 BB

Flop : (7.5 BB, 3 players) 9c 3d Ts

Turn : (7.5 BB, 3 players) Tc
SB bets 3.5 BB, Hero calls 3.5 BB, CO calls 3.5 BB

I would not fold river. I would def fold pre to villain playing 18/14. Who knows though, maybe i dont defend the blind enough

Fold river, but definitely have to raise the turn. Too many draws out there in a 2.5x-raised pot.

why are we considering folding river at all here?
... Anyone who folds here is way too exploitable.
River check was bad unless you were planning to check raise.

Fold pre would be asinine vs a 2.5x open and a call..

Fold river cuz v isn't bluffing and ur crushed for sure after sb calls. I wouldn't worry about being exploited, as I think by folding you are exploiting villains River bet, which is almost certainly all value

I agree with a turn raise considering your equities pretty good in that spot and that's a small bet relative the pot

What's the training site?

I'd like the chart.
