200 hands on villain playing as a 25/9, nothing crazy. I think this is a good check raise spot. We have 6 sets, 7 two pair combos and a bunch of top pair to balance out flush/straight draws. Once villain three bets we need 23% equity to continue. I've run it a bunch of different ways giving villain a variety of top pair+ and flush draws and they all come out around 30% equity. In theory it's a call but it feels dirty and we're unlikely to realize our equity OOP. Thoughts?
