I got myself into a tricky spot ... so hope someone can help out on what to do ... and if I should have played it differently earlier on

4 folds and then V limp - I make it $10 from BTN with TT - blind folds and V calls

V have $395
Hero have $440
So we are playing fairly deep !

V is playing loose preflop and then tight from flop and forward and with these stats:
VPIP : 64
PFR : 9
3bet : 16,7
V have 0 (zero) hands where he calls on flop, turn or river
Everything over "only" 57 hands

Pot : $23
Flop JT7

V leads for $24

I elect to call and keep both V's range wide, as well as my own range wide

Pot $71
Turn 5

V leads for $80
For same reason as on flop I elect to call, but where debating an allin

River : 9
V goes allin for $283

The 9 is just about the worst card in the deck as know KQ also get there ... as well as some 8x combo
Besides V is so Nitty preflop(only limp calling and not raising) that JJ is not complete out of the option for him to have as well ....
and given I would by 98% certainty not have the 8 and only a few KQ in my "Get to river"-range is seems like the perfect card to move allin.

But what should Hero do ??
