Ok I've seen quite a few of your hands here now that you've posted and in general you're playing far too passively. You need to bet more when you likely have the best hand.

Specifically here you have flopped 2 pair here multi-way. You have blockers to sets and it's unlikely that anyone has flopped the flush (for no other reason then that flopping flushes is rare). However the turn card could bring all sorts of pain: Any 6, any 8, any 10, any J and especially any heart is going to make your hand seem a lot weaker. For that reason I'd bet the flop and I'd bet big. Allowing 4 people to see a turn card multiplies the chances of being drawn out on by 4.

I appreciate your advice Brussels, thank you! Bare with me while I air my logic for this play .....so the strategy that I am following advocates against donk betting ever basically in order primarily to protect our OOP checking range, so, as I don't really wish to deviate from this, if I were to bet this flop then it would be a X/Raise. At the time that was my plan. However, it did check around, and one of the many cards that i'd prefer not to see hit and I decided to give up there. I only called the turn bet because everyone else did and the odds were so enticing to fish for a boat.

I'm not sure what you think a donk bet is but nobody raised pre-flop therefore you wouldn't be donking if you led out on the flop.
