In retrospect, I think I should give the villain some chance of betting the river with a missed flush draw (either hearts or diamonds). Once I include that in the possible range, it is probably clear to call the river. Thoughts?

Not a fan of turn raise. You're beat by 69, A7, T8, A8, 77,and 88. Not to mention a lot of 9x combos that won't fold to most raises. The J river only increased the hands that beat you.....easy fold

Not sure why you're raising the turn, but the river is an easy fold.

Glad I posted, since it seems my mistake was actually on the turn.

I raised on the turn because I thought I was ahead enough of the time that I would want to make all those draws pay to see the river (I did not think they would fold) and if some raised again on the turn, I could fold.

Thank you everyone for the comments. I am fairly sure I am over-valuing these types of hands on a consistent basis. Your comments helped identify this as one of those occasions.
