4-bet or fold...don't call you're OOP...if you're on BU then you can easily call

but I'd prefer to 4-bet/fold

1- Are you capable of playing this sort of hand in a 3bet pot OOP post flop?
2- can you realize equity enough?
3- Do you have enough equity agaisnt his range?
4- What about implied odds?
In this particular situation I would fold agaisnt unknown as well because most of the questions above would be answered no...

A6s is in my 4b/f range. My advice would be to defend the minimum vs a 3B, especially OOP, until you are confident you have a significant edge vs player pool and you know it will be profitable to flat.

What is the minimum defense? It must be 1/3 of openrange (rather bit more). Try to create a 15-20% def range w/o playing all Axs.
4b is better than fold but still we can use offsuit broadways which nicely block his valuerange and are worse calls than Axs.
