Without any extra info, he either doesn't believe your cbet or is trying to bloat the pot with a monster (i.e. a set). I think the only other hand he could credibly do this with is TJ. You're in position, so if you call you can at least re-evaluate on the turn. If he checks again, you can see a free river. If he bets again, you're very likely beat and can fold. I don't think giving him another x/r opportunity is a good idea.
