Vs this V if the action had gone V raise, hero 3B, V4B id be fairly happy gii. V has been very active and bullish. Obvious aggro donk.

However a limp raise line makes me more suspicious. It says strength to me. So the question became what does this particular V think is strength? So far AJo and 44-55 had made it into their 4B range.

you could just call the limp 3b and keep all the weaker hands in his range, like the AJo you mentioned.

I wouldn't believe his limp 3-bet, but once BB calls all the sudden his 3-bet becomes much more stronger. technically he is squeezing.
so that's why I'd call the 3b, unless I know that he is a crazy gambler.

fwiw not sure if I am making that small 4bet - seeing that he calls off light to begin with I might just shove as my 4bet.
