flop pot odds/implied odds: 2:1 / 3.5:1 (22%)

hand meets equity/implied odds req to call flop bet and play turn. Should be relatively easy spot since hero is in position. But, need to consider that my equity will be reduced when the other player left to act sometimes raises this flop bet and forces hero to fold. Real equity maybe closer to 28% making a call here marginal, and there is some bad reverse implied odds considering Hero will lose to bigger flush or full house sometimes after making his hand.

What do you guys think? Call or fold? I think I could go either way, but am leaning toward making a snug fold because of the other player that was PFR and is left to act.
