What would you est is hero's equity on the flop? What do you think is the best way to continue?

My thoughts were that my hand is too weak to continue, but when I look at it now I think my hand has more equity than I iniatially thought. I am just not sure how to play this spot.

I am thinking a check/raise would be okay because the flop is so dry. Also, maybe call the flop, and then donk bet the turn with a small bet, then x/f the rvr if it is called.

Any ideas? Thanks!

22/17 tells me he's got a fairly tight UTG range (probably 8-12%) which has a lot of kings and big pocket pairs.

Putting a 10% range for the villain into pokerstove says you have 35% equity here. Villain either has a bigger pocket pair, 2 overcards, or a pair of kings. Your best case scenario is vs the overcards (3.3%) where you have 75% equity, but you've got 9% equity against the rest of his range (6.6%).

So you're either a bit a head, or way behind. 76h might be worth calling for the gutshot and running flush draw, but 77 is going to cost you most of the time.

It's ok to fold. But you can call one more as well.

You're hoping to hit a seven ott but you can do a reverse oop float if he checks ott you might be able to take a little stab otr. You just have to feel it out.. .

FWIW sometimes the turn is a 5 or 6 as well and it goes check check, or check, smallish bet. Of course this literally gives us an excuse to peel with any pocket pair in our range, which doesn't seem correct (I'd need OP's preflop range to answer that better).

OP, I am not a fan of check-raising here. It would be better to do so with a draw.

No need to steal the river. OP can just call flop and fold to any further aggression. I think if you are planning on doing a reverse float it would be better with something like T 9 since it has less show down value and more draw potential.
