Villain has plenty of two pairs and worse sets on this runout, but it’s difficult to account for the ones that would have raised flop or turn without reads. But you’re calling 2.80 to win 9.37 right? So I think you have odds to call

not a bad combo to c/r flop
but bet flop and turn bit bigger and c/c river also works
c/c river because you block a lot of his calling range
