Villain´s stats are vpip 31 pfr 12 af 0.6. Did I play this hand the right way? Am I being called by worse hands often enough?

Considering how loose and passive villain's stats are I think it's good. If he has any J you'll get 3 streets of value. There are enough of them (12 combos of KJ alone) to make up for the odd time he has JJ or suited A5, 65, 54 (only 9 combos in total).

I would 4-bet 100% of the time pre here and open to 3x pre instead of a minraise
On the flop you could certainely advocate for something smaller than 57% pot more like 33% and pot the turn
But turn and river are fine as played

has UTG+1 ever fired away on flops?
if so have you considered a check raise on the flop?

Standard play is to CBET. however there is alternatives.

You're happy to bet f-r and get it in. Fishy players don't like to fold boats. A bad player will even go with an underpair here 77-TT, but certainly AJ, QQ and KK.
