This is the third installment of the series and I played a simple 17/14/4.5 over the course of about 500 hands. I elaborate onto who to 3bet light and where appropriate spots to squeeze are.
Nice vid, and again thank you so much for posting these. It's really great to see MSNL'ers helping out us micro players. Great commentary on a variety of subjects, too.
I think something that made it great, was that you were talking about running bad recently (hope that turns around for you), and getting back to your "Bread and butter" type of money making poker, whatever that may be for a player. Very good advice. For me, as you also said in the video, just dumbing it down and playing very solid, ABC type poker works well. Nothing like 1,000 or so hands of tight solid play to reset the system and get you back to what works. I believe a lot of times we run bad because, in an effort to "Open up our game", we deviate from the strategy that made us money before. It's good to experiment, but you need to realize when it turns into fancy play syndrome and bites you in the arse.
Anyway, sorry to ramble, and thanks again for the great series!
P.S. I think maybe a NL200 video would be great, as you could show how the better players react, and how aggression works at the higher limits.

Agree with all you just said and I think a 200nl video could be in the works
Watching now, looks gd so far, sorry to see there's so many shortstackers and nits haha
Oh, and regarding PT3, I use it on Party. As a tracker it's alright, has decent graphs and filters etc, as well as importing much faster than PT2. But the HUD sucks, and crashes every few hundred hands on average. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone until they iron out all the bugs, which may be a good few months at least, given how slow they've been at fixing it up so far... Having said that, I run it on a pretty slow PC but don't experience too much lag as such, until I go above about 8 tables. But that may be because I'm on Party.

Is there any way to dl this or watch it in better quality? I like your vids but resolution kills me!!! Maybe I've been spoiled by people posting their videos in 1600X1200.

Pretty sure I'll just stay away from it for now, on reason to have a ton of hassles with a piece of software.

I could start using the mega upload stuff but the files are about 300mb that's why I use this method. Is it that bad to watch? The quality looks fine for me (biased obv lol).
quality is fine for me but i hate the software that you use to stream the videos. it doesn't let you double click to minimize/maximize and you have to find the little button thing at the top right of the screen. makes it hard for people like me who like to tab in and out quickly while watching videos and look at forums etc, so i would prefer a megaupload link. nice vid tho!

I've just uploaded it to mega upload and the link is on the site. The files are large so that is why I use the on site video player, but in the future I'll work on formatting the videos better.
I liked your commentary on making sure you work out on a regular basis so as to stay sharp when playing poker. Ironically, I skipped my workout today to watch your video. Go figure.
Haha - starting your own tables, best piece of advice ever. Started up 3 tables today, they quickly flooded with 40 VPIPs and I was up 2 buyins in 40 hands.

lol it's such a joke how they flock to the tables I hope people learn this so there aren't 9 person wait lists

Lol not sure whether to commend you on watching the video or say shame on you for not working out. Meh both I'm sure are beneficial in their own right.
