I'm a little late to the party, but here's my view. IMO villain can have AQ here, if he has it he thinks you don't have a big pair because you didn't 3bet, KTo you just fold pre I guess, maybe even KTs, so what can you have that's better than him? not many better hands, if any so maybe he's looking for a call against weaker 2 pair which you can definitely have. also, if you fold this you fold basically everything so I'd say call.

Against a super tight preflop range (QQ+AK), sure we can fold. Here, it's a call, imo. While it is tough for villain to be bluffing here, lots of things are in your favor.

1) Villain's opening range is wider than QQ+/AK. ATS would be a useful state here so we can better gauge how tight his EP opening range is, but I think it's fair to say than any PP/AJs+/AQ+ is reasonable (if not tight). As such, he has many combos of 33/66 as he does AA/QQ AND, things like AQ/AJ.

2) As other have pointed out, this is one of the best hands you can have here.

3) Because of 2, if villain is putting you on a range, you can be here with 2 pairs from Axs, QJ, AJ, etc. that he can get value from.

4) On this kind of board, he MIGHT also think you could be here with hands like KQ/KJ that could potentially get sticky on the flop and turn, but would fold to a big river bet. (I think completely discounting bluffs is a mistake, unless we have a read that villain never bluffs.)
