Hello, I was wondering if I could have some feedback on my plays during this hand. I'm trying to improve my SB/BB plays, being so out of position I generally feel very uncomfortable. I'm a rec with only 10k hands played(very small sample I know) with a 25/15 VPIP/PFR.

    Personal Review
    Spoiler:

Preflop: 6 way limped pot in the BB, my BB range might be too tight as even vs 1-2 limpers I wouldn't raise this hand, facing this many limpers I figure I'll see the flop and reevaluate.

    Postflop:
I do think the check from the BB post flop was correct, however, I'm wondering if a jam into COs 3bet would've been justified. Our read on CO is VPIP 75 PFR 6 in 32 hands, I've seen this player aggressively bet turn and river to take the pot down, only to show up with air.

    Turn:
Facing two flush draws here, if I didn't jam flop I need to here. I do believe the check through showed weakness on his part. With Villian playing 75% of hands, and seeing him take hands like ace high to showdown to lose, I'm struggling to put him on a hand.

River: I found my all in button. Glad the flushes missed. Hoping he hit a pair or two-pair knowing he can't let go of it.

I think you did just fine considering the all-in on the river, but I would have bet half pot on the Turn for value

I would tend to agree. If he calls the half pot bet on the turn it makes it a little easier to get it in on the river.

IMO just bet out on the flop. It's a 6 way pot so anyone betting has a good hand anyway meaning if you bet you don't really give much away except "i have a hand" and you can't rely on other people to bet your hand in a limped pot. You can have a lot of different value hands like Ace-rag of clubs, 2 pair, set of threes or fives, or a straight and flush draws. Anyhow, anyone with top pair is going to call you at least, and if someone has a flush draw, better to make them pay to hit it, in case they did happen to want to check it. You flopped nuts and it's not hard for people to have hands to call with, plus you "only" have a straight and when the nuts is only a straight or a set, people will call more often because they think they are good or can draw out on you.

As you played it, you now have issues with deception about what you have if you 3bet as a checkraise, so I guess you have to only call their bets to protect that.

Once you get to the turn you should just bet your hand and bet pretty big. Whatever the guy was going crazy with on the flop, he is never ever folding to any bet on the turn because the board didn't change in any significant way except A5 now loses to AJ (which they won't be afraid of) and chances are he doesn't even see there's a straight possible! This is holdem, you make one freakin' pair and you win. And this guy has better than one freakin' pair. He probably has 2 freakin' pair and that's a really good hand. So he no fold!

BTW i notice the opponent raised too big on the flop, preventing himself from coming over the top if the original bettor 3bet all in.
