Hi guys. Villain is a fish 24/13. Did I played good this hand? Was the 3 bet correct?
He could be floating the flop with broadways and flush draw.
Thanks

The biggest problem for me in this hand is that you 3bet and then follow it up with a tiny c-bet. I mean you may as well have written in the chat box at that point "I don't have top pair but it'd be fantastic if you folded please".

3betting is bad as well since you end up Out of position with a hand that tends to be dominated way more than it tends to flop big. It's best really only to 3bet OOP when the opponents fold to them a lot of your cards are more premium.

This is a bluff 3B right, with a Q blocker. So what is V's fold to 3B pre? Does he have a high fold to flop CB? Or fold to a lot of double/triple barrels? Do you have a large enough sample?

If V is 26/16 f3B22 FFCB27 ATS62 then this is terrible.

If 26/16 F3B87 FFCB74 ATS16 then it's more reasonable.

However if with the first stats there's a massive imbalance of FTCB-FRCB87 WTSD11 WSD76 with a low aggression factor then it still could be a valid move. Just need to be brave.

The more removed you are from good position and good starting hand the more extreme these tendencies need to be and the more pre planning is needed. A bluff 3B at NL2 isn't highly recommended. OOP even less so. So as default this is a bad 3B.

The flop is semi wet I'd say so yeah there are hands that V could be drawing to that your T beats. You have some SD value. But a large part of V's range is Ax here. The problem being that your flop bet as said is insignificant and is offering great pot odds to any draws/weak aces. So achieves very little.

The turn bets a semi bluff right? I'd say after the weakness shown on the flop you'd need to bet bigger to make any Ax hand hate life, the added plus is you charge draws more too.

But this all depends on post flop tendencies.
