on this flop villain could have a decent amount of overpairs

his small turn bet looks like he is afraid of the ace, also gives me great odds

river check also looks weak. at this stage I put him on maybe 77-TT
I don't think he has air, otherwise he would have bet bigger on the turn

do we bet to get him off or do we give up? I don't think we have enough showdown value to check back and be good

in retrospect I'm not even sure if I should have bet the flop instead of check raising it

I didn't like the turn, his flush bluffs got there and if he has Ax the 9 is a scare card for him. him checking back is somewhat comforting

river doesn't change much, but what's the line here? x/c or b/f. I don't think our hand is strong enough to b/c

If you feel he's weak on the A turn then raise, you have good equity to fall back on

Bet flop w AJ get out of the habit of c/r'ing with the initiative, it's bad

Hand 1: It's going to be very difficult to play this profitably given that villain has only 50bb. How this hand panned out is a good example of how you can end up losing more than your initial call when you don't flop a set.

Hand 2: Keep betting until he tells you to stop with his actions.
