Hey guys got a quick hand for ya. Don't have too much info on vil in this hand other than he is a 39/2/43 over ~75-100 hands. Haven't seen him show down any other hand aside from AJo for TPTK against another opponent he won something like 35 cents or so. Seems to be pretty passive. Let me know what you guys think here.

SB - SB ($1.25)
BB - Hero ($1.54)

Preflop: ($0.03, 5 players) Hero is BB with A Q
3 folds, SB calls $0.01, Hero raises to $0.06, SB calls $0.04

Flop: T A Q ($0.12, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.09, SB calls $0.09

Turn: T ($0.30, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: 2 ($0.30, 2 players)
SB bets $0.29

So I think pre maybe we should go to .07 or .08 since he seems to call pretty often but I wanted to keep his entire limp call range in. Turn i elect to check back as I'd expect him to check almost all of his 10s except maybe AT and the unlikely QT. Should we be betting here for value or is a check back here okay? I don't think we see a check from QQ or AA on the turn and I think he could reasonably have any 10 from 108+. I'd expect him to call a 3/4 psb with any ace here however and probably any queen in the range of Q9+. If we bet here and get raised its definitely going to be a gross spot. On the river when he leads for a full psb should this probably be a fold? I range his river leading range as this

TT,AQs,ATs,A2s,KJs,KTs,QTs,J9s+,T8s+,AQo,ATo,A2o,K Jo-KTo,QTo,JTo,T9o

I definitely am doing pretty poorly against this range but does the check on the turn back by me under rep my hand? Against a passive player does this not matter?

Bet the turn. He's a 39/2. He's probably got all of the Aces in his range and heap of Queens too.
As played river is a fold. You have 2 pair which is a decent hand usually versus this kind of villain but not on this board facing that size bet. All of the hands that you beat are going to be just as scared of those last two cards as you are and would be happy to just get to showdown.

10bb preflop seems a good value sizing.

Definitely betting OTT for value, more against him, id not do it on the bigger side.

After taking a look at his stats more closely in PC I definitely agree with you on the idea that we should be going for more value but do we expect to get called for 10bb even if he is on the fishy side? I don't think I've seen him call big sizes like that if at any point over the ~100 hand sample size. Standard open in this game has been about 3BB. Wondering if something like 5-6BB might be more optimal for the situation or if going for big value is the better play against a pretty loose player?

As played what's your sizing on the turn? With a check on the turn whats a reasonable raise size I can call vs a fold or call if he bets smaller on the river?

I think somewhere between 15 and 20c on the turn.
If not betting the turn I might call a half-size pot bet on the river.
