I'd consider a x/c otr if you think he'll bet his busted flush draws.

16/9 isn't necessarily out of line at NL2. I wouldn't assume a fish here. How many hands do we have on them?

If you think you're likely to get lots of callers with a 3x open feel free to add a bb or two. This is especially true when we have calling station types ahead.

The added bonus here is that your UTG range is strongest so adding any extra bb's here means you're adding value when you're strongest.

In fact finding opportunities to adjust your open sizes up or down from any position can increase your BB/100 exponentially.

V has a capped calling range. It'll include lots of double Broadway's, pp and sc. Their 3B pre stat will give a better clue.

The flop SPR isn't high at just over 4 and
the flops fairly dry but I'd still bet a higher % of the flop here. So many turn cards can force us to shut down against multiple callers.

I like the turn bet there are combos we're behind from V's flop calling range, but still plenty of pp and draws to get value from.

Did you bet so small on the river to induce a bet? It could look weak here. What was V's FFCB, AF and WTSD?

The pots 2.56 and we have to call 94. 2.7/1 we have to win here 27% to break even.

At NL2 I assume players are passive and none bluffy. So my initial reaction is to believe V so we're up against a high value hand here. The 4h completes some backdoor draws and boats up some made hands from V's calling range. So this is a fold.
