With his bet sizing on the flop i assumed he could have had an overpair or top pair with good kicker or a flush draw. My reraise was to price the FD out but when he called i didnt know what he could have had. When the FD hits on the turn what is my play here?

You start the hand with less than 100 big blinds

in options you can autorebuy to 100 BB anytime you are below it

Since there is only one bet left, check the turn (you don't value own yourself and, if villain doesn't have the flush, give him a chance to bluff on the river) and evaluate the river.

Note with more than one bet left, I'm betting with the intention of those being the last chips I put in the pot, unless I hit the boat on the river.

I understand, and I think it's ok for NL2 but I'd not use it for higher stakes. Why. Makes you look like a reg = people don't pay off to you. If you don't auto rebuy and people assume you're a fish you can stack regs easier and let them trap themselves trying-to-stack-the-fish with marginal stuff

As in the hand, tough spot, imo checking turn is better than betting because if you bet you scare away all or most of his overpairs and let his flushes stack you.
