It's not a bad play on micros especially with the board like this and if You're not sure where You at.

I would personally raise him OTF. Mathematically You should be still ahead. You block his AKs and AQs so its hard for him to have an Ace of spade ( nut flush or nut flush draw))so he shouldn't 4 bets You or chance is slim.
I'm not so worried about flushes untill he will 4 bets me or shoves over.

If he has some top pair or hit 2 pair on turn he still should check to You on turn after Your raise so maybe You can get a free river card and go to showdown cheap.

Your call on flop allowed him barreling with top pair or any draw (that You're ahead of) on turn.
