For the call to be worthwhile, BB would have to be doing this with approximately a range of TT+ and AK. Once BB's all in range gets tighter, you start not having enough equity to justify calling.

Even though Villain is on the aggressive side with his PFR and 3bet's, I don't think that's enough to assume he'd be pushing all in with JJ and TT, let alone QQ and AK. A lot of people will be aggressive with PFR, 3bet and cbet type stuff, but tighten up a lot when a lot of money goes into the pot.

Also, even if he does have JJ and TT in his range, you still only have about 52% equity. For you to be a heavy favorite, he'd need to be pushing a lot wider. Whereas if he is raising with a tight range like AA and KK, you're totally crushed. So the upside doesn't seem to outweigh the downside. Try playing around with an equity calculator to get a feel for how much equity you have with QQ versus different ranges.

Edit: I didn't see that there are only four players. I don't play four handed very often so I am not too confident in how to adjust, but I still suspect that not many players are pushing JJ for 170 BB.

we need 41% equity to profitably call here.
Against AK, KK+ we have 39% equity.
Against AK, QQ+ we have 40% equity.
Against AK, JJ+ we have 47% equity.
so it is really close spot, definitly while playing when we cant run those culcolations in a reasonbale time frame.

Good point about only needing 41% equity. I was being lazy and eyeballing it thinking we need more like 47%. My bad.

I still think that the 5bet all in for 170BB is extremely strong. I doubt JJ is in that range, and feel skeptical that QQ or AK is. The way I see it, it's breakeven if you're lucky, and quite possibly you're against a range of aces and kings, in which case you're crushed.
