Generally these minraises aren't gonna be bluffs in the micros. Most players at these levels use it as a "value raise". PPs that make sets are perfectly reasonable in his range. You really beat nothing but a bluff here and villain isn't doing this with a FD too often. Lay it down, especially against a villain which you have no reads on.
