2/3/5 live, table playing typical live small stakes full-ring. Have been card dead, mostly been folding. A few times, I tried to iso-raise limpers, got shoved by 40-50BB stacks, had to fold. Previous hand I raised to 50 in BB with JJ (didn't show the hand), when 5 people limped and everyone folded.
Current hand. UTG straddle $10, 5 limps, I raise $100 in SB. Everyone groans and I say something like "I am running hot". UTG+2 thinks of folding, but calls after a bit of thinking. CO calls. CO lost a big pot to UTG+2, when UTG+2 hit runner runner two pair. UTG+2 seems like he's here for the gamble. CO bought in short, stacked off (50BB effective) with KJs with flush draw, when I had over pair to the board and hit his flush.
Effective stack: $500 (100BB)

What's my plan here? What's the right raise pre?
