I don't think that 3.5bb is a big open from UTG, and there's not much to read into there - especially if the site you play on has a bet pot button for recreationals to mash whenever they want to bet.

So yeah, we call now. River is the hard part.

What worse hands do people think an extremely passive opponent is betting preflop, on the flop into two opponents and on the turn when that Q hits?

3bet preflop and fold to a 4bet?

As played, call turn. You only have to be right 1/4 of the time, and players like this can get spazzy when they have the betting lead. 88, 99, TT and AK are very plausible hands.

Fold river to another bet unless you get a really decent price.

My thoughts exactly! It feels like a fold ott albeit trivial.

Completely agree. I fold turn.

Call turn. Opponent can be betting worse for value (77/TT) or semibluffing (AK/AJ).

Our intention for the river, if opponent bets and we dont improve, is to fold. Readless opponents will not be bluffing often enough.
