Wasn't sure what to do facing villain's turn sizing and want to check my line - thinking at the time was that he's committed with any draws he's decided to barrel (plenty on this board, though he may not bet all of them), and we're pot committed to calling the river anyway if we call turn.

I think my shove might be worse with the Ks since we block KJss/KTss etc, would it be better with KhQc?

EDIT - sorry I mean't to post this in the PL/NL forum. Not sure if it can be moved...

Pre flop, I like the raise.

Flop: I don’t like the flop check, unless you were intending to raise him and get him all in. If that was your plan then good for you, you are a gutsy player. Normally top pair only - you don’t want to get all in, pot control is in order. I don’t like giving up the lead when I have the uncapped range. Make villan raise you if he wants the pot. Plus the board was fairly wet, with draws.

As played, you are close to pit committed already on turn, calling definitely commits you, so I think you may as well shove, you’re only losing to aa, kk, Aq and maybe pocket 8’s. Several of those hands are unlikely.
