As played, meh. We have a decent sample on villain, you could look at this positional 3 bet stats and try and construct a range. There may be some merit to calling the flop and seeing what happens, but folding this flop against a nitty player seems fine off the top of my head.

Call, if a heart or J comes on the turn you may be able to call again. Definitely don't 4-bet preflop unless you don't like money. In that case go ahead.
