Here are my stats. I know my 3-bet% / VPIP is low and working on improving that. Also, I feel like I fold often in spots where I should be calling or raising. Any other suggestions or leaks that I may have based on these stats.

Total Hands - 7,229
VPIP - 21%
PFR - 8%
3-bet% - 2%
C-bet - 37%
ROI - 7%
WTSD - 19%
W$SD% - 53%

You are too passive, both pre and postflop. The gap between your VPIP and PFR should be around 5%. 3bet could be bigger too, start constructing your ranges, either polarized or merged, depending of the profile of your opponents.
The CBet stat is also on the lower side. With 19% WTSD, I think you call too much preflop and you are forced to fold postflop because your hands aren't strong enough to continue, and you didn't show enough aggression to make a credible bluff on later streets.
Try to play a little tighter preflop. It will be easier to be more aggressive postflop because your hands will be stronger.

honestly your VPIP is alright but your PFR needs to come up. Perhaps call with few hands and raise hands when you have position. At these limits your better off 3 betting in pos rather than just flatting.

Ok good to know. Are you saying my VPIP is fine? I thought my VPIP should be above 25%. I am a nit. I do limp with a lot of small/mid pocket pairs (22-88) because my plan is to just setmine. Cbet is might be low because I usually delay cbet. My reasoning behind this is because I get checked raised a lot (I guess you saying I am too passive is the reasoning behind ppl check raising me in the first place lol) plus it keeps the pot small. I wish I knew my percentage for delayed cbet because I know its higher than my cbet %.

I thought my VPIP is low and it should be above 25%. I agree with the 3-betting in position more often. This will improve PFR as well as Cbet since I will have few ppl in the pot. I think the reason why my PFR is so low is that a lot of ppl limp a lot and call any raise preflop. I probably need to change preflop raise to be much higher 7x or 8x ($1.40/$1.60).

Example of why my PFR is low:
I raised it 5x/6x ($1 or $1.20) with QQ. I get 3 or 4 callers with an Axx flop. I immediately give up. If its 1 or 2 callers I obviously don't feel this way.

Correction. The example is for C-bet not PFR.
