Can we make a rule that says the title of your thread has to explain what your link is?

I'm tired of seeing three OPs on the front page that have subjects like, "YOU GOTTA WATCH THIS," "THIS IS THE FUNNIEST THING EVER LOL!!", "THIS IS MY FAVORITE YOUTUBE VID!"

It's annoying, it makes me click on links I've already seen, and it causes a lot of reposts.
