That's because it doesn't load the spoilers until you click them. Chrome loads them all up front (including all frames of the animations) when you view the page. I have a 2.5ghz quad core and my laptop graphics card plays 1280p full screen video perfectly. It isn't the PC, although the amount of onboard video RAM you have will make a difference (but not on iphone).
