Glad to see this thread bumped!
The 2D platformer will be free on Epic starting Thursday. I think that is a better game and better designed, but less memorable since you are in each world for such a short period of time.
I enjoyed my time playing the game, but it hasn't pulled me back for a replay, which is a bit telling. I also got lost a few times just due to how big the worlds were. The worst part by far was this place:
