Sweet!! When I bought my xbone I traded in my 360 and all like 10 games I had. Kinda did regret trading in all of them. There are a few I miss playing and want to play again. This is great news.
I have never played any of the fallout games and since I don't have my 360 anymore I was always kinda wondering if I would ever play them. I'm freaking excited about this now.
I've just looked at a few hundred posts comparing XB1 and PS4 and still can't decide which to get.
Have Xbox 360 so there is some sentimental value urging me to get XB1 but it looks like over here in India#23204 PS4 games are far more readily available.
The PS4 has undoubtedly better performance (same CPU, superior GPU, superior RAM). Both however are fairly close - in the majority of cases, the average person would be hard pressed to spot the difference
Game selection is "different", "better" is a matter of taste. PS4 has the larger library, though you won't be playing Halo 5 if you get a PS4, likewise you won't be playing Uncharted 4 on an Xbox. Nearly all 3rd party games are available on both. There are some marketing deals in favor of each... If you like Destiny, Call of Duty - go PS4. If you want Rise of the Tomb Raider, Xbox. Do research here if you are interested in a particular 3rd party franchise.
As a 360 owner the just-announced backwards compatibility may be awesome for you. Or pointless, if you intend to keep the 360 hooked up / don't want to play bad looking old games any more.
In India, I should imagine for both consoles you should create a USA account and purchase digital from the USA stores, making availability of retail discs irrelevant. Honestly I'm not sure of this though, but it should be looked in to.

When I decided on xb1 I did it mainly for 2 reasons:
1. My brother who I play the most with, already had an xb1.
2. The ps3 controller always seemed uncomfortable. After a few hours my pinky and ring fingers would get numb and my bottom thumb joints would get stiff and sore.
So my suggestion if it's possible is to try out both and see how the controller feels in your hand. The xb1 controller is even more comfortable than the 360 for me, however the ps4 has more exclusives I'd like to play.
Just noticed assassins creed black flag is free with gold. Too bad I already own it. Is this the first xbone game we can download for free with gold? Looking forward to more

They've had free games with gold since the xbone launch
