lol I think the burnout suggestion was a joke because they sold local mp as dlc and it was just mini games.

Somewhat unexpectedly, my wife was wanting to try playing some video games. Specifically, her eye was caught by the antiquated Marvel Ultimate Alliance for Wii I have. Well, alright, honey. Turns out she liked it. And it works well for us, for many reasons. One, because playing together is more fun. But beyond that, because it's cooperative, I can slack off and give her the lead role when she's rockin', but when the going gets tough, I can pick up the slack. She's not terrible once she gets the hang of things, but I'd still probably destroy her in just about any competitive game in any format. So yeah, any tips on good new (or even somewhat aged) cooperative games where both players are involved for either Wii or 360 would be appreciated.

I don't think that's unusual at all. Who could ever be married without co-op gaming in the relationship? There's a nice site dedicated exclusively to that: http://www.co-optimus.com/system/1/xbox360.html

My go-to recommendation is Earth Defense Force 2017. Think of a goofy Godzilla type scenario where you run around a city destroying bugs, aliens and other stuff to the tune of intentionally campy and over the top voice acting while picking up hoards of weaponry of all sorts from lasers to heat seeking turrets to land mines to rapid fire shotguns with bullets that bounce off walls.

It's really hard to describe until you've played it. Avoid the "sequel" Insect Armageddon like the plague. It was not made by the same company and lost basically all of its charm - though the same company IS releasing a true sequel in early 2014.

Anybody have a recommendation on an RPG, 360 preferred, that is hard. All I want is a challenge. I'm willing to forgive plenty of flaws so long as the game doesn't turn into a cake walk 10 hours in. I've played Dark Souls inside out. You can also add Dragon's Dogma, Diablo 3, Resonance of Fate, Dragon Age Origins, Two Worlds 1/2, Mass Effect 1/2/3 and Skyrim to that list.

Lost Odyssey is great, but not all that hard. I literally spent 18 hours trying to play my way through one of the dungeons because I couldn't find a save point, couldn't figure out how to get out, and didn't want to risk losing the 15 levels I'd gained. I nearly cried when i finally worked my way out.

Why is burnout so bad? The reviews are good. I don't care about coop if that means teaming up with one of my friends. I want to race against them!!

It's not bad at all, I loved Burnout Paradise. It's only bad when being recommended as a local multiplayer game. If you want to race your friends online then it's awesome.

One or both of the Batman games. Arkham City moved to a sandbox set up and lost some of the metroid style exploration of Arkham Asylum in retrospect I think the first one was the better experience.
Mass Effect 2 fixes many of Mass Effects problems but the biggest strength of the ME games is the story they tell and that's much better in 1.
I've never heard of Dead Souls but I have heard of Dark Souls But yeah Dark Souls is the GOAT. I hadn't played it in a while and on my first try I got by the two archers in Anor Londo that knock you off that narrow ledge. I'm the best.

Portal 2 might be a little too tough in the later parts for her prob. I've never done co-op but I imagine it's tricky given Portal's nature.

Dids- SRIV's misogyny is tongue in cheek and significantly less problematic that GTAV. Neither of them seem bad for racial stuff.

They aren't substitute games at all, though, SRIV is literally a video game parody game. It's comedy, not action.

My distribution network sells so fast it's barely even worth it to do AHK auto-clicking.

Game is awesome though lol.

The danger of getting busted becomes irrelevant way too early on, due to so many things dropping the odds significantly.

Since batches top out at $50 per, I think we're looking at like half a gram.
