Is video games interrupt your poker's carrier (take time, take interest) or help(helping relax)?

Just i don't know, that i need to do, delete games and concentrate on poker, or try to combine it.

Ps sometimes then i try combine it, I've got more interest to play other games. I mean sometimes i play in other game more then i play in poker. Im delete games, but may be better try to combine it, coz a games can help with relax.

Is a games interrupt you?

Depends on the game but relax or have fun without excessive monetary cost, thats why i play video games.

In the end i prefer poker and sports betting but i cannot do that all day, id burn out.
