Twitch.tv (General Discussion of streams and 2p2ers on Twitch) - Page 5 - Video Games

Twitch by default deletes all old streams past a certain age, like 2 weeks.

There have also been a lot of bans lately of people who were trolling Twitch in re Remove Horror.

Makes you appreciate that while most serious PC gamers are nerdy, they're probably less bizarre on average than the random person who might end up picking up a console and stumbling upon Twitch streaming.

Longer delays are pretty standard.

What's not standard are the other issues that have come since the new ingest software (which I'm convinced is primarily being done to try to evade *******).

You're not going to get viewers on Twitch these days unless you already have enough that they prioritize you at the ingest level, because your stream is going tob e unwatchable.
