That's probably the most logical thing to come from that.

Is there some add-on or some mechanism to mark videos as "Read"? After I find a streamer I want to see more of and Follow them, I like to occasionally go through their backlog for other videos I might be able to learn something from. But clicking through videos (which seem to be randomly sorted), and having to wait through a full advertisement, just to discover it's a video I've already seen, is a pretty tedious experience.

The TPP creator hacked the Gen 2 ROM. They are at the final part of the game now (battle with RED from Gen 1) and he has modified RED's pokemon to match TPP's team from Gen 1.

Switched my internet provider to more than double my upload speed. Installer just left, did multiple speed tests and I'm capping out at 2.0mb up, which is about 10% higher than I previously had. fu internets

Get Verizon FiOS if you can. I just did a speedtest and got 58.35Mbps down, 38.80Mbps up.

Not that I know of. I use my internet pretty often and never had a problem, although lately it seems like it drops for no reason but then comes back within a minute. I'm pretty sure I actually signed up for 50/25 so I'm getting more than that.

I just did a quick search and the Verizon forums say there is no cap.

While the discussion is on fios, does anyone have problems watching streams? I get throttled pretty hard it seems, on YouTube and twitch. Been trying to figure out a solution for the past week or so.

I have the basic 15/5 plan, but I'm considering bumping that up to whatever the first level of quantum is. The speeds aren't the problem though, it's the throttling. I just didn't know if maybe they only throttle the lowest plan?

If upgrading won't work, does anyone know of any proxies or vpns that would work? Tried some last night, couldn't find any proxies that would load anything at all on twitch. Most of the vpns I tried couldn't do anything either. One was able to get things to load, but I still had buffering problems. These were all free though, I'm sure a paid vpn would work better, but I'm not paying until I know it will work.

For now. Comcast used to be no cap, and then they were like, lol, just kidding, 300GB cap.

I felt like I had some throttling going on also. It hasn't been a problem lately so I don't know if I fixed it, but I followed this:

http://mitchribar.com/2013/02/how-to...windows-guide/

and although it didn't seem to have an immediate effect, I haven't had any problems in a long time.

Have you tried clearing your cookies and temp files? I did a lot of different things because it was so frustrating.

Saw that and tried it, it didn't seem to make a difference. At least not immediately. I'll try it out again though, and leave it set like that instead of immediately deleting it like last time.

I just did a fresh install of Windows today (unrelated to this), and I was still having issues. So I didn't directly try deleting my cookies/temp files etc, but it doesn't appear that that helped.

It seems to only happen on less popular streams. I can watch basically any partnered stream at "source". But my roommate likes to watch my WoW stream so that she can hear the chat in Mumble, but it stops to buffer every 10-15 seconds, making it unwatchable. From what I've heard from a few other people, they can watch it just fine. So I don't think it's anything to do with my settings. We will likely be upgrading from the 15/5 plan to the 50/25 plan within the next month, so I'm hopeful that that will solve the issue even though it's not exactly the speed that's the issue. But I'm at a loss for what to do both in the meantime and if that doesn't fix it.
