Have you tried clearing your cookies and temp files? I did a lot of different things because it was so frustrating.
Saw that and tried it, it didn't seem to make a difference. At least not immediately. I'll try it out again though, and leave it set like that instead of immediately deleting it like last time.
I just did a fresh install of Windows today (unrelated to this), and I was still having issues. So I didn't directly try deleting my cookies/temp files etc, but it doesn't appear that that helped.
It seems to only happen on less popular streams. I can watch basically any partnered stream at "source". But my roommate likes to watch my WoW stream so that she can hear the chat in Mumble, but it stops to buffer every 10-15 seconds, making it unwatchable. From what I've heard from a few other people, they can watch it just fine. So I don't think it's anything to do with my settings. We will likely be upgrading from the 15/5 plan to the 50/25 plan within the next month, so I'm hopeful that that will solve the issue even though it's not exactly the speed that's the issue. But I'm at a loss for what to do both in the meantime and if that doesn't fix it.
