Civilization 4 BTS: 1714 hrs (lol)
Everyday Genius: Squarelogic 594 hrs (loool)
TF2: 408 hrs

Most of that has to be idle time except for TF2

I think the moral of this thread is, if you value your time avoid strategy games and anything made by Valve. And Skyrim. And apparently Binding of Isaac (how the hell anyone gets more than two hours out of this is blowing my mind).

Binding of Isaac consists of simple and brilliant idea making it really enjoyable to grind.

Many of us are at least part time poker players and that is quite sad. Whenever I open up pokertracker I tell myself, "maybe I should play a round of dota to warm my brain up." Then I'm stuck in an endless loop of gaming and I have a completely unproductive day.

My 4 most played games over the last 2-3 years aren't in steam, sunk an enormous amount of hours into LoL, EU3, Victoria 2, and Civ 4.

Most on steam:
Crusader kings 2: 127 hours (this seems low)
Sword of the Stars: 106 hours
Victoria 2: 48 hours (another 200+ hours outside of steam)
Civ 5: 40 hours
Darkest Hour: 35 hours
FTL: 27 hours

Paradox games too good.

This thread is making me a little sad. PLAY MORE TF2, it's really the best team based fps ever.

disclaimer: I have thousands of hours of TFC, counterstrike, battlefield, quake, whatever.

I'll be adding Rogue Legacy to this list very soon. It's so addictive.

Coming from someone who spent 94 hours in a COD campaign, this offends me.

Seriously though Isaac is so addictive because like all good rogue-likes, every run feels different. I was still finding new **** to do 100's of hours in.

I played it for 20 minutes with M&K which soured me on it pretty quickly. I'm just surprised because it looks like a gross version of Zelda (yah I know it's procedural), and as much as I love those games, I don't know if I've come close to the number of hours some of you have put into BoI. I have a bunch of games that need a gamepad, probably time to pull that trigger and give it another chance.

Football Manager 2010 : 761 hrs
Football Manager 2012 : 451 hrs
Football Manager 2012 : 149 hrs
Football Manager 2009 : 29 hrs(mostly played offline)

I also have Europa Universalis III, Crusader Kings II, and Wow but not on Steam.

I would say that's your mistake. keyboard only or gamepad

I don't like people who are such fans of keyboard only in BoI, I played it with keyboard+mouse and I think 136 hours for platinum is pretty good.

Isn't that like saying, "I should do a line of coke, to clear up my thoughts?" If I want a productive day of grinding, starting a video game is the last thing I do. I'd have a better chance at a productive day by shooting my hand with a nail gun.

The only ones I have that are really notable are Civ 5 (522 hours, with some idle time) and XCom: Enemy Unknown (70 hours). Looking through my list I notice (as usual) that my Steam account is mostly a giant pile of awesome unplayed games.

Only notables on my Steam are:

EU3: 103 hours (plus at least 50 more that weren't tracked)
Skyrim: 74 hours

However, I have at least 2000 hours in SC2, 500 in League of Legends, and 200 in D3. For console, I have about 300 hours in both FFXII and Banjo-Tooie, and nothing else really comes close to that.
