XENOBLADE is this a good game?

diablo 3 is a gem, particularly local coop.
monster hunter only played demo, runs like an N64 game
BOTW is a wiiU port essentially. TOTK is the switch sequel which does everything better and bigger but does feel at times like a DLC notwithstanding excellent new graphics, crafting and subterranean environments. The "new dungeons" seem to be just divine beats mark 2 - which is odd because people be like "return to the dungeon system". It isnt. Not that divine beasts and these pseudo-dungeons arent awesome, they are.
Mario kart is a wiiU port.
Doom 2016 is a great addition, as is skyrim. Splatoon2 was good but did nothing the original didnt do and lost gamepad functionality.
metroid remastered... meh, can play gamecube emulated if so inclined.
Dont play switch much now, joysticks have long lost their rubber sheath and drift all over the place, only playable with pro controller which ruins its portability.
not really up to date with anything new on switch besides TOTK. Could be due another console soon, the thing has been out since 2017.

I will play it at some point but i'm questioning whether I would say excited. Super Mario Odyssey broke new territory and in new donk city they fufled a dream of mine to have mario in an nyc like world. It was a worthy successor to mario 64 and mario galaxy.
There are a lot of side scroller mario games and I'm concerned about the elephant power up and some of the other power ups.

Cool man. Mario has also impacted me greatly; there's a photograph somewhere of me playing as a 2-year old with family. 64 was like taking me out of bondage...I have't felt that magic since.

I have dreams about Mario sometimes. I developed a game with a 3d adventure combined with portals to a 2-d overhead zelda style aspect. Wish I'd scribbled it down, it has faded.

Hoping Wonder recaptures the magic for me.

you can mail the joycons and they fix it for free, I think I had 4 of them that were drifting and they fixed em all for free, just gotta pay for the shipping I guess

ah that's decent of them. I also have 4 that are wrecked i might give it a go as the switch sports looks decent for the family if the joycons are functional

How good is the metal gear collection? I've never played these games.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is a ton of fun.
