Flash finally doing military service

Been watching this team league tournament they have going on, while some of the games are decent, I think it's fairly ruined by wardi casting..

I'm not sure how he got to his position but he seems like such a baby very frequently. In other tournaments, his is the only vod, just to find out he's tilt quit casting before it's actually over. He straight up says in this group that he's not in the mood to cast so sorry it's gonna be ****. He talks about money very often for someone who chooses to cast "professionally". Said if you'd rather watch xxx cast then go do so, yet he's the one in charge of these tournaments. Pretty much overall just seems like a negative to be in the position that he is...

The problem is he never takes breaks, then he gets mad and washed up.
He's a one man army as there is not many casters out there but this is getting really horrible to watch , I agree.
Too bad because he's all we've got.

On GSL, I really enjoyed group stages and the Ro8 feels pretty fresh.

I always assumed he'd qualify for some kind of medical exemption for his wrist problems, but I guess not .


If other casters did more than official events, Wardi would get pushed into irrelevancy pretty quickly. I understand why they don't, since at this point they're all basically streamers who have a side gig of casting EPT/GSL events. Nor does it help that half of them live in Korea or Australia, so timezones are a ***** for Western-targeted events.

And since the game isn't really that big anymore, it's not a good target for people who want to get into casting, which is a shame because half the normal lineup would be out on their asses with Wardi if Starcraft managed to pull even a quarter of the casting talent other games do.

So Wardi fills the niche of vacuuming up all the B-tier events no one else wants to waste their time on, half of which are tournaments he organizes anyway so of course he'll cast it. He works his ass off, and I respect him for that, but he's basically the casting equivalent of the guy who plays 2000 games a season and is still hardstuck Gold.

Rogue vs Maru ... what a finals!

I'm a big Maru fan as a terran, but this is tough to call.

I think if some expect handicapper was setting a line for
this match, it would be super close to 50-50.

I want Maru to win, but when Rogue is on, he is a machine.

I don't think either player will be nervous either, both have
been there done that. Maru's shoulder makes me nervous some.
I worry that long drawn out games start to impair him some.
He lost to Reynor after being up 2-0. But they had a few 30 min
super long games, and Maru seemed to be effected.

Aight, if maru wins he gets the GSL5 trophy and if Rogue wins, he's pretty much the goat zerg.
I'm rooting for Rogue 100%.
I love maru but he's still young, Rogue is 27!
If Rogue wins, it will motivate Serral

Off topic, I was scrolling some players profiles and SoO's one is unbelievable, a full page of 2nd places ended with one massive katowice win.
