Protoss so easy even a fastest map player can beat Soulkey XD. But for real, he played really well.

Also, did Soma just make 9pool look unviable if he held it with a 12 hatch that cleanly?

Cheers for the group B recommendation, although I've got enough time right now to catch up on everything, all the PvZ in group C is worth it imo

Was it a straight 9 or was it an overpool? I was watching yesterday's games but wasn't really paying attention, I don't recall any of them being a straight 9p. It's certainly not the case that 12h > 12p > 9p > 12h as it used to be nowadays, defensive micro's got a lot better and rush distance is obv going to have an effect

Any particular games, I've seen half of the games recommended on TL but they seem to automatically press yes when there's one cool bit of micro or the game lasts longer than 10 minutes

Winners match game 2. An interesting strategy that I haven't seen before. I'm surprised I don't see it more to be honest.

I watched all games of the super tournament, amazing finals .
Yeah that game 2 was ridiculous
GSL season 1 coming soon, I'm really happy and they gonna chain all 3 season real fast, it looks like.

In obviously not familiar with the map, but how does action not have overlords on th edges of the narrow lane to scout for that factory float? Though he was clearly aware of the possibility with the fast hydras. Also why doesn't he just block the little entrance with a few hydras? That was ridiculous to watch.

OK watching the game again, action brought his lings to flash's ramp before he had enough hydras to deal with the drip of vultures. He's still way behind anyway, but that's didn't help.

Stork/Light maybe one of the best series ever (barring game 2), especially for PvT, some of the more interesting strategies I've seen in a long time. If you only watch one game, watch game 3

Nice idea by light to go ebay plus 5 fac to counter the usual followup to two gate, though stork did not go dt or double expo...

That being said, how do you go 5 fac vs fast carriers, smash the natural and still have that much trouble to win the game? Maybe his macro let him down (or he should have built more turrets), which is why he sunk excess minerals into bio. Unupgraded marines ain't doing it against carriers. I think light should absolutely have won that game?

I think game 5 goes way differently if both of storks engagements weren't terrible. I guess the map is tough for protoss once Terran leaves the hill to push, which is why he tried to engage there. Meh.

How do you not get d web agianst dropship play, mass wraiths, etc. Especially on this tiny expo map. Unbelievable I thought. You already have the fleet beacon as well.

unless something has changed recently light has been historically awful vs protoss which may explain a lot of things
