The vods are generated in real-time, so if instead of twitch.tv/gsl you go to twitch.tv/gsl/videos/all, you can open the vod an hour after it starts or whatever and skip the breaks.

With youtube live, where the GSL is broadcast, you can rewind and fast forward live streams. So if you wait 30 minutes to one hour until it has started, you can then rewind to the beginning and fast forward past downtime.

The ability to rewind a live stream is the one thing that YouTube does better than Twitch when it comes to streaming. The automatic vods are great on Twitch but it's a pain when you start to get close to live because you have to refresh every time you catch up to where the live stream was at when you loaded the vod.

On top of Reynor's GSL performance - his series against Special (the best foreign Terran right now?) was really incredible. Especially in game 1, Artosis can't get over how AMAZING Special's harass is...but you watch the supplies and Reynor is keeping up, never taking too much damage, and eventually just crushes the lategame engagements despite Special having the exact army he wants.

Sucks that he ran into the machine that is Serral.

In other great SC2 news, apparently avilo got banned from Twitch for a month for calling someone "f****t" on stream and he's on a tweet rampage about it

He tweets like seven times "I never said it" and then he posts the email from Twitch where they're like "we checked and you definitely did do it" (and he's still like "I never said it")

Pretty satisfying way to finish off a game after making a bad Terran chase your mutas around 3 bases for 10 minutes while they kill ~everything and he makes no real anti-muta units (mines, thors, liberators):

So, I know I'm a total Zerg homer, so I have to check with those of you who aren't: this is insane, right?

- open stargate

If there's a "mid-game Zerg push", it's usually with some paperweight roaches that Zerg feels the need to attack with because they suddenly discovered they won't help much against the 12 phoenixes that just entered their vision for the first time. Right???

30 minutes: Dark vs Neeb, Losira vs Alive
24 hours 30 minutes: Soo vs Special, Rogue vs Keen

(actually it would be surprising if Soo/Rogue don't get out in the second group but Neeb's group gonna be POPPIN)
