having some weird sound issues in v1 at least, only one headphone is working but without touchign anything all other sound sources work fine. slightly unplug headphones and game works fine

My favorite game of recent memory was a ZvP on Foxtrot this weekend. I drone scout like usual and scout forge expand, I had gone hatch first at home but cancelled it so that I could proxy hatch at his natural. The natural base is so far from the wall that he can't reach my hatch with any cannons made at his wall. Then scouting around my base I see that he's trying to cannon rush me, LOL. So I simply don't expand and just make a queen/spine/lings at his natural, where he either didn't scout or didn't think he needed to get cannons up around my hatch. He panics and tries to 3 pylon block the top of his own ramp (LOL) and then leaves when it goes down.

I mean, he was gonna have a difficult time with that no matter what since his natural had a hatchery with one spine crawler present and a few more on the way.

I think that's actually a really good build for Foxtrot as the distance from the wall kinda makes it hard counter forge expand. Maybe do, like, a 9 scout (something fast enough to get to their base by 15) and if they have a pylon at the wall, just hatch that ****. If they go nexus first, throw down a quick pool and hope they go full Protoss? (aka, pylon block you/try to cannon/do something ******ed even though you went pool first and they went super greedy, so your lings get in and insta-win)

So, testing, discovered a couple things:
- Rallying 10th drone to opponent's base gets it there to hatch at perfect time
- Protoss CAN get a pylon in position to power both a wall and hatch-killing cannons though, at both positions:





I think the 2nd pic (upper right/lower left spawns) is a more likely forge expand position, since the 1st pic (upper left/lower right spawns) requires 3 buildings to wall off and I'm not a Protoss wall expert or anything but that seems cumbersome and unlikely. And furthermore, the pylon at a normal wall position can power the cannons, whereas in the 2nd pic, the Protoss would have to be thinking about this ahead of time and purposely place their pylon farther back than they normally would (I imagine).

As such, my new plan is...
- lower left/top right spawns: scout w/ 10th drone and see if forge expand and if pylon is close to wall or far from wall - hatch their natural if conditions are right
- top left/lower right spawns: play normally
