MossBoss, another guy adding to my protoss rage pile.

Just had a crazy day. A couple months ago I sat 10/25 for 40bb @ my local casino when the game was breaking vs the last reg there. We played for a while and I eventually busted in a cooler.

He started staking me and we've been hanging out together pretty often... and yesterday we started playing starcraft for $. He knew I was protoss so we agreed to TvZ with me @ 80% hp for $50 @ 1:1. Played three of those (3-0) and then bumped it up to TvZ @ 70% for $100. Then TvZ @ 60%, no cloak, have to build first scv @ 0:10 instead of 0:01 for $125. Then Me vs him + his friend P(me)vZvZ on entombed for $100 no cloak 1:1.25. Then Me vs him PvZ @ 50% for $100. Etc till i'd run it up (with a few losses) to $400. Then we did for $400 P(me)vZ @ 70% where I can only build zealots, sentries, and probes and can't cannon rush@ 1:1.5 (my 400, his 600). I won by getting 5 bases up and running with 3/3 vs his muta/ling/roach after a failed 4gate into his prepared spines.. Then we took a break and came back and did two more $250 same conditions + I could only use one hallucination at a time (so i didn't spam for meat shields) and I won both of those...
Final total: Me +$1500.
Finally making some $ off of SC2 lol. Just wanted to share with people that would understand how fun prop bets can be + the difficulty of some of these challenges.

Haha i'd made a personal challenge to play 1/2/3 on friday and saturday night to make 1k to sit the 10/25 game for fun. Was separate to roll considerations.

Protoss obviously op. he was getting frustrated with my force fields. Especially when I held off him and his friend both doing roach maxes on entombed without a problem.

Did you get attacked early? I am thinking you can be basically maxed on roach/hydra/ling at that time on 3 base vs that late an all in vs P?

VS only zealots and sentries how do you lose if you just go defend all in into mass muta?

10 3 sets of lings

15 lingspeed and pull gas
15 two sets of lings
17 overlord
linglignlinglinglingling + injects

You should be able to win without having to make another overlord, just stay at 26/26 supply and keep attacking with speedlings. I like to go into the drone line with my first 6 lings and then back off after the enemy lings start popping. It's a huge win if you can disrupt the drones mining gas to delay their zergling speed but DO NOT lose any of your first 6 lings to drones. The VAST majority of the time they'll think it's a baneling 10p all in and will send slow lings out to chase your lings, keep drawing their lings+queen out towards their natural and when your speed finishes before theirs it's usually gg unless they have 2 spines at their main. It's absolutely amazing how many people incorrectly defend vs this build, even masters players consistently lose to it.

This loses to pool first, baneling before speed right? I always do that vs either late expand or 10 pool.

Honestly it should lose to everything except 7 pool, but it just doesn't. The only DIRECT BO counter is 14 gas 14 pool. It definitely wins vs 10p banelings because your lings will be out at the same time as him, and he'll never be able to make banes. Once he does [make them in his own base to defend] just put on your micro shoes and detonate his banelings with a couple lings and then easily overwhelm his slow lings + queen w/e. They never get a spine when doing 10p baneling.

pretty sure he went hatch first (not 100% sure he did), but it's similar vs pool first into hatch. The only thing that stops it is a spine crawler... Amazingly people just don't build them? Note how I didn't go ape **** trying to kill drones/lings with my first 6 slow lings. Just try to dick with him a little bit until speed finishes.

I've seen people build like 3 spines and not cancel them. If you see them building 2 or more spines just start droning and keep your lings around harassing and preventing his natural from going down. Get your hatch down before his and if he hasn't taken his in reasonable time start making spine crawlers and hold an easy 1 base allin with queens, spines and speedlings, IE this game here (Well he did a 2base all in I guess):

Note: On 4 player maps I change the BO slightly to getting only one set of lings at 10, then queen at 11, then 2 more lings at 13 to get to 15/18 before I pull gas and get ling speed per usual. The first two lings scout the two bases that the overlord didn't.

Remember the strength of the allin is when speed hits before him. It's incredibly important not to lose lings in the early harass before your metabolic boost finishes.

Also I would advise killing any enemy spine crawlers they might put in your base before they finish.
