Games I played last night:
- On Whirlwind, my opponent makes a single phoenix to scout/clear overlords and that's literally all I see from him for like 15 minutes. I never bother scouting and go up to 4 bases. Finally I send lings out to satellite bases and see that he's on 4 bases with mass cannons and void ray/carrier. Upon being discovered he moves across the map and kills me.
- On Polar Night, my random gold opponent rolls P and goes into some weird 2gate + DT opening and doesn't expand for forever; I deny his attempts to put a proxy pylon down so he never even sends DTs over. Eventually he goes up to 3-4 bases, I go up to 4-5. With pure zealot-archon he kills like 3 of my ling-ultra armies and I die.

I am terrible at this game.

How does Dreamhack have 40k+ viewers? I just dont get it, what does dreamhack even stand for? There's like 4 of them every year.

You're definitely right.......but then I'd have to play Protoss, which is just a boring experience that slowly kills you inside.

Protoss micro: r-click, then hold f and click some more, go get a beer, come back, drop some more f bombs, take a nap, wake up and your opponent left the game

There's a huge difference between ff'ing properly and not. And if you can't do it, you can't hold anything early. Of course now it's easier with the no warp in up/down ledges and with msc.

On the bright side, I can beat silver Protosses and diamond Zergs that are offracing as Terran. lol my unranked MMR

So I played a couple ladder games last night and a couple team games after. I still don't get the point of the msc, but w/e I don't need it to win.

Few things I've forgotten: Tab does nothing, hitting esc is a big no-no, and spacebar will not center you anywhere. Also some how you can accidentally set up ridiculous shift queues that you can't break, I still don't know wtf that was all about.

The team games I played were humorous though. I was repeatedly berated for being a noob and was harassed with expletives. A lot of "only noobs on the weekends" type talk. What puzzles me is since when is the line for non-noob platinum? I thought this was sc, not league?

Good thing I am probably better at bm than starcraft.

Had that bug twice too, you can`t click anything then and every order is just shift click? That was so ****ing annoying lost the games obv.

Mothership core is just a free pass to ignore all early Terran pushes?

Is there something that triggers this? I wasn't clicking anything and I couldn't get out of it. I had to leave the game.

Alt-tabbing?

I sometimes have issues with alt-tabbing out of a game at the start, then coming back and my hotkeys don't work until I recognize something's wrong and press 'alt' (it's like the game thinks the key is stuck or something). Perhaps it can cause other weirdness too?

picked it up again and I suck badly
