Say goodbye to:
Neo Planet S
Newkirk Precinct TE
Red City LE
Star Station
Korhal Sky Island LE
I like Star Station but won't miss any of the others. Planet S/Korhal/Newkirk are my 3 vetoes, Red City is ok but the whole map is narrow chokes everywhere.
Depends on spawn positions. All spawns are enabled on Frost so horizontal spawns will make for a really difficult 3rd. Yeonsu looks good for mutas or siege tanks to harass the 3rd.
But yeah I'm not surprised that the winners of TLMC would be promoting macro games.

Neo Planet S was fine, Star Station was fine, but goddamn Red City, Korhal, and Newkirk sucked ass. Korhal was fine as long as you randed the two non-******ed spawn points. Which was like never for me, I always got the one where your natural stuck out towards the middle of the map. ****ing horrible.
Belshir vestige is funny because it's probably my favorite map but I have like a 14% win percentage on it
FML my ally in RT left the game early after I made a minor mistake flamed me hard(I accidentally walled fully instead of letting a Zealotblock). He just left game wasn`t even over, he was like "You lost us the game blablah". So I went for some weird ****:
Voidray/Archon/Chargelot and crushed my opponents in a 35 min macrogame.
I wanted to stick it in my allys face but he had me on ignore
I really just can't beat biomine. The simple act of placing a mine down forces me to perform 5x as much micro to not let lings/banes get obliterated by it, and my micro is pretty bad and never going to get better. More and more Terrans are figuring out that's how they win TvZ and it basically is just not a fun matchup for me to play anymore. :/
I mean, I use 4 diff control groups for my typical ZvT army, I carefully control banelings to not hit marauders/tanks (lol wait Terran doesn't need tanks anymore), I'm not exactly a-moving. But doing stuff like peeling off lings to trigger off 8 different mines interspersed with a bio army just isn't going to happen for me, or prob most people in platinum. I'm never going to be good at ling-bane vs ling-bane wars either for the same reason - but at least in that matchup I can take a small economic deficit to play defensively (queens, spines) and still hold. I don't think there's any analogue here, or else I would do it.
