It depends on their intentions IMO. I would say it's typically very douchey, though -- especially the bros at the gym.

When they're giving you advice to make themselves feel good and/or make you feel bad, it's invariably douchey. If they're giving you advice in a polite, friendly way because they think it will help you and want to see you succeed, it's obv different.

I'm not an expert on gym etiquette, but can't you seriously hurt yourself if you're squatting incorrectly? Seems polite. But yeah I'm not at all doing it to be mean or feel superior, I'm always pretty nice about it.

I don't think it's going to do anything. People will use it heavily for a couple weeks if it goes live, and then we'll settle back into whatever we were doing before with slightly increased usage. The main problem is that you can't use a warp prism to it's fullest potential while maxed, but that problem isn't really workable anyway. Personally, I think it's fine the way it is now. Whatever problems protoss players may or may not have right now, they are almost certainly not related to the warp prism.

protoss terran is already 50/50.

Protosses should seriously stop whining about pvt.

also, vikings will never be able to kill a warp prism if you want to actually look at it objectively.

Oh, and toss > zerg at the same levels. A lot more than terrans > zerg.

Bitching about medivacs and widowmines is trendy tho.

Ultras good unit

At points in this game I had less than half the supply of the terran. Luckily I was able to survive just long enough to get a few ultras out and a-move them to victory.

Ultras are good when terran just take them in the bum bum... When they micro on the other hand, and you don't have infestors, it can be quite infuriating.

David Kim was interviewed on SotG and he said the reason for the warp prism buff is because they feel protoss needs better harrassment options. Its not so much 'hey guiyz, matchups are not 50/50 lets try to fix that', its more 'A-move vs A-move is a boring, lets try to make these games more exciting to watch.'

A 128-man double-elim open bracket, no invites or seeds afaik. IMO that's the format they should be going with at their events from now on. Let WCS be the "we wanna be like GSL" tournament, and make the MLG-branded events something different. I think if they stick with this format, they can actually grow the NA scene more than WCS, since most koreans not on foreign teams probably won't make the trip on their own dime.
