Watching a VOD of Demuslim's stream from earlier, he got stomped by a Zerg who did exactly what I do (quick ling pressure into mutas, though I think he went earlier mutas than me). That makes me a bit more confident that my build is actually good and countering something, not just abusing bad players who don't have the tightest builds.

Hey guys, is there anywhere to see a weekly or monthly rank of pro SC2 games that get played? I like watching WCS, Dreamhack, GSL etc sometimes but I don't keep up and watch full events and I prefer to only watch the best games.

I use sc2casts.com to see the most watched videos each month, but it doesn't always include the GSL or other events that you need to pay for. Is there anywhere that includes them in the list so I can catch up on all the best games?

Scenario:

I'm playing a ZvT on whirlwind. He opened hellbat drops, did a fair amount of damage, but I've stabilized and contained him on three bases. He's going mech, I'm going roach with infestors while teching to broods. I trade out my roaches, get broods/infestors/corruptors, and pretty much decimate his tank/hellbat/hellion army. I make a bunch of corruptors for the inevitable mass viking switch, which comes- all the while i'm taking my 5th and 6th bases and he takes his fourth.

I end up cost effectively trading my broods and corruptors, but I can now see he has a million vikings left over (lol). My question is what should I make? FYI I have 2/3/3 ground upgrades and 2/0 air upgrades.

Do I spam roaches because they're the easy unit and a-move him to death?
Do I switch into ling/ultra and overrun him while he has lots of supply tied up in vikings and a worse economy?
Do I try some weird tech switch into hydras or mutas?
Do I go mass corruptor with infestors to kill off the vikings with the intent of going back into broods?

I ended up winning the game (chose roaches), but it felt kinda gross. I'm often in these types of situations where I end up just spam making roaches because I feel I should make something instantly and I don't think enough about what to make.

Why was it gross? Easy decision to remax with upgraded roaches/cracklings and smash him while taking the rest of the map.

I thought ultra transition was standard once he has a ton of vikings

Once your that far ahead you can make whatever you want, as long as your spending your money

I would probably end up spamming roaches, but I'm not sure it's best. I guess I would build roaches if I think I can end the game right this moment, and ultras if I'm not convinced of that. Ultras are going to be the better choice if you think the game is going to still go on longer than another 2 minutes or so.

how do you resume a game from a replay? go get it says he can make sentrys and 'then just never lose' and i want to prove him wrong.....
