First one actually worked.

Haha, ANOTHER guy did this today. I asked him why every Terran was doing this now and he had no idea, he said he got it from ketroc vids but that it's an old thing he's been doing for awhile.

I scouted CC first so went 3 hatch before pool, then a later ling scout showed a planetary in his nat so I was like "LOL" and went up to fast hydras + infestors + upgrades, and built blind spore walls on the flanks of my bases, never bothered scouting his main. Sure enough eventually a bunch of ravens pop out of his base. They did not do well vs fungals + hydras.

Cliffs: only change they're going to make for now is the ZvZ one they were testing, wherein spore crawlers will now do 3X NORMAL DAMAGE to Zerg air units. I guess soon we'll have spores doing 20x normal damage and one-shotting overlords to encourage people to not exclusively go mutas in ZvZ. Pretty much sums up how ******ed ZvZ is when this is the change they have to make.

Right now spores 4-shot mutas (5 if the mutas have armor); after this change, spores will 3-shot mutas regardless of upgrades.

They should just add a new attribute to units called "matchup-breaking" and make spores do bonus damage vs matchup-breaking units. Seems ******ed that units like corruptors and overlords all now get 4-shotted by spores as well just because mutalisks are ****ing dumb.

Yeah. 42 damage per shot against +3 armor mutas. Mutas have 120hp.

My post was wrong about OLs/corruptors though, those will now get 5-shotted regardless of upgrades (currently it's 7-shotted for OLs with +1 and overseers with +0, 8-shotted for OLs with +2 and overseers with +1 and corruptors with any upgrades)

Edit: Apparently calling the community "a bunch of ****s" is too much even for EG. It will be interesting to see if he continues playing. I don't know if any major team will actually pick him up, either because they don't want him or Idra doesn't want that team (seeing as how he trashes basically every non-EG NA player except for like two people)

He ist just a ******. Everytime he plays against DeMuslim on the ladder he just snap quits.

Once he even wrote "**** you" in the chat and then left. I was actually really suprised that they didn`t do it earlier.

LOL idra. I can't imagine a major team ever picking him up again if he doesn't figure his **** out, he has dog**** results lately - he had a chance to qualify for MLG but instead got 3-0'd by Minigun, was gifted an invite to WCS AM and goes out 0-4. When's the last time he did anything notable in SC2? So now he's just a popular streamer who's mediocre (at the pro level) at the game and has a lot of PR baggage.

i was also kinda surprised he lasted this long, then thought he might just never go. after that showmatch/funmatch vs some korean t where he 6 pools b2b games and snap quits, thought he didnt have a chance

also immediately left that withered wcs group in favor of itmejp and the release. even listened to demuslim for a sec trying to get a reaction. hes way too good at pr tho.

if he really did want to go back to finish school and get out of gaming, maybe he didnt do it too badly? he made a bunch of money for what he did and now kinda forced his hand.

Well he made way more salary than he should have given his skill and work ethic and I'm sure he can still live comfortably from ad streaming revenue. I can't imagine he's in terrible shape moving forward.
