Just beat a guy who tried to 3 pylon block. I scouted forge first in main and was like "wat", and then juuust got my drone to block the last pylon in time, pulled more drones to kill the probe + first two pylons. Felt soooooo good. And you best believe I talked a bunch of **** as I finished him off.

Zerg is UP in HotS, I'm gonna enjoy playing the strongest race in WoL for as long as I can.

I played a Terran who was so impressed with my drop defense against him and overall swag in winning our game on Antiga that he wants to be BFFs and play 2v2s with me.

Apparently there's a small live HotS tournament right after the release here in SF that my friend found out about, might go and play in the 1v1 and 2v2 brackets and impress the nerd grrrrlllzzz there with my leet laptop skillz

I present to you all, with much shame, one of the most bizarre and dumbest games I've ever played. I should have lost, obviously, but my opponent, despite being top 8 in gold, appears to be dumber than most bronze league players. I have absolutely no idea why he left, maybe my berating was making him cry and he couldn't take the pain anymore. He has 3,450 career played games and his most played race is indeed Terran.

I successfully sniped kaitlyn when she was playing on her gold Protoss account and her immo-sentry push beat my 2 base mass roach build. I don't really know what went wrong, I macroed pretty well and I was up to about 150-160 supply vs her 110-120 when the attack started, I had 2/2 finish in the middle (vs 1/0), she didn't get off any great FFs that trapped a bunch of my roaches...but everything died anyway? Immortals are good, I guess :/

i just noticed the supply counts. you should post the replay. im having a hard time imagining someone with that supply lead and 2/2 winning against an opponent who almost certainly cant FF properly.

i mean with really great FFs toss should win, but...

edit - i guess she could have been super immortal heavy

Try making some lings along with your roaches when holding sentry immortal pushes. Every immortal shot on a ling vs a roach is a pretty big deal imo.

3 immortals. And like I said, I was on 2 bases, so that's why I wasn't maxed (2 base roach hits a max at like 14:00). I'll post the replay when I get home.

My macro def slipped when the fight started, I'd have to look closer at how many injects I missed over that period of time and how many roaches that cost me and whether that would have turned the tide. But it felt like I lost pretty decisively and not by a oh-man-if-I'd-just-hit-a-couple-more-injects-during-the-fight-I-could-have-held amount.
