eh, doesn't matter.

the game plays best on low settings anyway, even if you have a badass gaming rig.

the pros play on low settings fwiw. (at least the overwhelming majority of them do, probably an exception or two)

just an amazing use of my time. once terran has the planetary split in the middle and it's past the 30 min mark, i should just leave the game on that map and not waste my time. i had like an 80 supply lead BUT LOLOL POLONOTORIES, GHOSTZZZ, HUTNER SEEKER

funny thing about the quality settings, most korean pros use high quality because you can spot observers a little bit better, the argument for low is less distraction which i think most foreign pros use.

Placement match on Tal'darim: I forge 16 nexus and get a pylon block so he one base roach-ling allins me. I need to start going blind triple cannon so I don't just autolose to this ****. Can't really scout it either because they have lings to kill the probe from scouting the roach warren.

Obv next game I cannon rush the toss on Korhal. Nice map.

I sent a probe out to do scouting and saw 2 SCVs coming to my base, I back the probe back to my base to see what he's up to.

Looking at the replay, his SCVs stopped at the top of my ramp. Apparently, when my probe went past his SCVs, he thought I was scouting that location. So he assumes I'm not there and scouts the next location. He finds nothing there, and builds two proxy rax at the last location. By the time he sends the guys to the correct location, I already have 4 zealots in his undefended main.

Funny thing is that my attack was so delayed because I had several probes scouting everywhere near my base looking for his proxies.
